Robert Harley (former Property Editor - Australian Financial Review)

Robert shared his opinion on how property could perform in coming years for home owners, lifestyle buyers, and investors, in both residential and commercial real estate. He analysed the factors that have driven prices and returns, both good and bad, over the past 30 years. And he pointed to the opportunities, and pitfalls, in the years to come.

Todd Stanford (Senior Financial Planner - Profile Financial Services)

Todd provided a financial planning overlay on investing in property – including the recent changes to NSW stamp duty and the homeowners’ grant.  He also discussed different ways to own property including through an SMSF (self managed super fund), and other financial strategies to include property as part of an investment portfolio.
